Copyright

We assist our clients in applying for copyright registration for their works, such as books, music, trademark logos, graphics, software, and so on. After collecting the information we need from clients, such as author and applicant information, nature of work, creation year, and so on, we prepare and file the copyrights application. Next, a copyright examiner at the copyright office will examine the application, and, if everything is accepted, approve the application for registration. A Certificate of Registration is then issued by the copyright office, which, once received, we forward to client.

In certain circumstances, we can also assist our clients in other copyright matters, such as enforcement or litigation of copyright rights, defending against allegations of copyright infringement set forth in a cease-and-desist letter, etc.
